Shipping and minimum orders:

All countries except USA:
The minimum order is US$500 or 400 Euro.
Shipments Via EMS / UPS / DHL / TNT / FEDEX will be shipped within 3 business days.
Orders must be received and approved by ART.

Your order will be shipped with our next shipment to the U.S. The next shipping date will appear on top of the Home Page after logging in
The minimum order for the USA is: US$250 and the shipping charge is 15% of the total order.
Orders that are less than the minimum will be subject to approval, and will be charged a US$40 shipping fee.

* For urgent orders we can ship via DHL or by other shipping companies. The shipping charge in this case will be in accordance to each companies’ pricelist.

* Shipping to all the islands like Puerto Rico, Caribbean, Bahamas, Hawaii and all the islands in the US is 25% of the total order.

The minimum order for Canada is: US$500.
The shipping charge is 15% of the total order for orders above US$1,500.
The shipping charge for orders less than US$1,500 may vary.

The minimum order for Australia is: US$500.
The shipping charge is 25% of the total order

Many items are available in bulk, and we offer discounts for large quantities.
Shipping is free of charge anywhere in Israel. (We can ship to your temporary residence, while you are visiting Israel).

Payment can be made by cheques, all major credit cards or by bank transfer.
The first six months of commerce with new clients require advance payment. Arrangements for subsequent payments are to be made with our sales representative.

We will do our utmost to ensure that this site is up and running, useful and updated at all times. However, we are not liable for any typos, especially concerning erroneous prices. In addition, occasional changes may result in temporarily broken or external links. We are also not liable or in any way responsible for the use or misuse of the products we sell, nor for any resulting harm from the misuse of our products. The use of any of our products and of this website is the sole responsibility of the user.

  • Please read these next few paragraphs before starting your order.

A few details to help you start:

  1. Every time you log in to the website with your username and password a notification will pop up letting you know when our next shipment to the US is scheduled to leave our warehouse. You can submit your order up to two days prior.
  1. In accordance with company policy, the minimum order sum is US$250. The website will allow the submission of orders under that amount to enable customers the option of adding items to submitted orders. Note however, that orders submitted under the minimum amount will not be processed until the minimum sum is reached.
  1. After logging in to our website, make sure to visit our "Clearance" and "New Arrivals" categories, there are always new and exciting shopping opportunities awaiting.
  1. The regular shipping fee (15% of the total sum of your order) can be seen after submitting the order figured into your total. In the event that you require an earlier delivery than what appears on the given shipment schedule, you can submit a request in the designated comment field and you will be sent a price quote for other shipping options.
  1. When registering, please let us know what your preferred payment method is.

The payment options are:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. PayPal - A fee of 7% will be added.
  4. USA Customers: UPS COD* - a few days before receiving the merchandise you will receive a form letting you know what checks to prepare for the UPS delivery man.

*All COD charges will be paid by ART Judaica

*COD is only possible with orders sent with the regular US shipment option
